I was quoted 3-5 business days to have my car painted. It took almost 2 weeks. I had to keep calling and going to the shop to check on things. No one was constant with calling me or updating me even after I told them I wasn't happy with the customer service. They quoted me a price and color on the first day then called 3 days later only to say I needed to change the color. Each time I went in I was there over an hour trying to get service. Overall the customer service is poor and inconsistent. The quality of work was great. I also love the payment options.

They have had my car since June 2nd - it’s now almost August. For minor repairs. I will say Steve has been very communicative but it’s ridiculous to wait this long to have your car repaired.

DO NOT USE! Heed this warning. MAACO is a reputable shop however this location operates with horrible unprofessional service. The front desk staff is aloof and are unreliable with giving you information on the status of your vehicle. Their attention to detail is asinine. My frustration is derived from paying $1,800 for a full body paint and body repair and receiving my vehicle with large visible sanded down sections. The inside trim was completely overlooked and left scratched, door handles weren't coated and they used the inside of my trunk as a personal storage, as I noticed heavy dirt debris. Your car probably looks better now than how they will return it to you. Please do your research and trust the reviews. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
