I'm from a small country town in alabama.So there's not many reliable foreign automotive places.But we do have a BMW dealership. I was experiencing engine problems.In my BMW 750 I've always took my car directly to the dealer.They ran a diagnostic test told me my issue was under warranty but I needed to do the calling to get the work done.Someone told me about Malones called them told them my problem.They said bring your car in.Jump in my car drove over a 100 miles.They got my car gave me a loaner and resolved all my issues a t a fair honest price..Hence our relationship started.now over 5 years later ..No one else touches my cars.These guys are amazing reliable and dependable work you can count on. Everytime I recommend them to everyone I know.And they just put a new motor in my Maserati quattroporte gts..No worries here I know the work is impeccable and all is well Thank you!

My 2019 BMW X3 barely started yesterday when I was headed out to lunch and needed my car for an appointment in the evening. Time for a new battery! Of course, in a BMW, a battery replacement is not just an easy swap out, they have to be coded to the car, so I couldn't just run by an Auto Zone. I found Malones on Google and they were able to get me in within an hour of my call. My car was ready shortly thereafter. When I left the shop, I did notice a rattle that was coming from the back and wound up going right back. Adam wound up jumping in the car with me to hear what was happening. He quickly discovered that one of the tie downs wasn't clicked into track and solved the problem! These guys were very friendly, fast, and honest workers. Good to know they are my neighbors as well, now that I'm out of warranty!
