I feel like Chloe's goes a great job taking care of the car maintenance and upkeep that we have asked them to. At the same time, they have done a really good job letting us know about future maintenance issues that might need to be taken care of without putting any kind of sales pressure on that. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly.
The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. My advisor Jacob was very attentive in listening to me and very transparent about the steps that would be taken to get my problem resolved. I find the whole crew to be honest and the customer service is top notch. I have found myself a gem in the industry which really is very rare.
Great Customer Experience. Very Competent mechanics. Prices are dealer high but perhaps you get what you pay for.
