Broke down 25+ miles from my home and towed the car about a mile to this shop I picked based on 5 star reviews on Google. I was skeptical, but they were actually outstanding. Way better than I could have imagined. Extremely nice, responsive, honest, and reasonably priced. Considering them for any major work to my car, despite being 25 miles from my home. What a relief. The automation used to keep the customer connected throughout the entire process is off the chain! These guys literally go over and above the call of duty to provide exceptional service to its customers. Andrew and Jason ... there are no words to describe the experience that I had as a first time customer -- which began from the initial phone call to make an appointment. through the actual meet and greet. Blue Ridge Automotive is the best car service shop I have ever used! They are honest, straightforward, reasonably priced and great at what they do!!! They are also a great and seriously funny group of guys!! I highly recommend them to anyone for any maintenance or repairs you may need. Call first and make an appointment because some days are busier than others!!!
