On a road trip through Atlanta our van broke down... Xmas Eve & Saturday. With half of the workshops closed and the other half full with appointments, Eli tried to do a Xmas miracle and find us a workshop the same day. Unfortunately he still cannot do miracles,, but he did managed to find us a solution for next Monday at 7:30 am. Thanks to Eli we were back on the road and we were able to complete our road trip on time. He basically saved our Xmas vacation. As you can guess, Eli is highly recommended. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars
