Great service fast asked don't break your wallet and I'm headed back Friday morning
We had an incredible experience at your auto center located in Albany, GA! Our car was leaking oil on our road trip and we found this location right before closing time (6:30pm). They got us in SO QUICK and stayed late to fix our car. They were kind, helpful and went above and beyond to give us a great experience. Without their help we would not have been able to continue driving on the road. I want to thank the Auto Zone Manager, Ed, who continued to work even after he had clocked out. He was very helpful and did everything he could to make sure our car was fixed. His technicians Carlos and Jeremy were hard at work and did everything with a smile. Cynthia worked the cash register and brought joy to the entire experience!! These are some incredible workers!!!!! We were so blessed by them!
Called here four times and no one answered the phone, got my oil changed and now my car is acting funny. Definitely will not be back, you'd be better off doing it yourself
