So my sister in law went to Precision two weeks ago and had a problem with the finished product. I went to the shop and spoke with shop foreman. Him and I got off on the wrong foot. A few days later I spoke with the manager and he assured me things would be taken care of. Fast forward a week sister in laws care was taken care of at no extra cost. I went in to speak with the manager (Jay) face to face and also the foreman (Craig). I thanked Jay for taking cate of my sister in law. I will have to speak with Craig tomorrow because he wasn't there today. I will apologize for my behavior but not for standing up for my sister in law. Things are right as rain.????????
I've used them for a long time now. I've never gotten bad service or bad advice and they're pretty quick.
fast, friendly, affordable and professional. I also get my oil changes here when I am in town. Wish the punch card program was an actual free oil change but the discount is highly appreciated.
