Could not get any one on the phone. I called multiple times only to be hung up on. So I could only imagine how bad there customer service actually is. For such a commercial name like Goodyear I expected better. 7.11.23
Bad experience. I went for a oil change and the next day my car over heated and I realized by belt was loosened and fell off my battery cables were loose my oil didn't have anything in it and all of my anti freeze was drained. My friend has been going there for his oil changed and everytime he leaves something new is wrong with his vehicle. Didn’t realize the pattern until now. Will never be back and will never advise anyone to go there.
Got me in right away and did a great job with my vehicle. Definitely recommend these folks!
