Economy Tire of Albany

I am changing my rating due to the fact I was horribly disappointed on 3/27/2023. Granted we arrived close to closing time, I was sent away with 2 bad tires and 1 tire fixed. I specifically asked that ALL tires be checked after a long ride & tire pressure light visible. I was told that only 1 tire was "no good" which was perfectly fine but there were 2 more that obviously was not checked. Nevertheless, I am highly disappointed because I have had nothing but great experiences before. I don't know if they were just in a hurry to get off or what but it could've cost me & my family an accident!!! Tried to resolve the problem with Mike via phone call on today, after purchasing 2 more tires, & still left unsatisfied!!! I am highly disappointed in the unprofessional manner this was done and not handled. At this point, I will not be going back nor recommending this place of business!!!

They happened to be quite busy this morning, but it wasn't to long of a wait, the guys were polite and were running around doing their best. I had to get new tires, instead if used, but the price wasn't bad for 2 new tires. Apparently, mine are a "popular size". Thanks Economy Tires. ????
