I had an engine failure on my 2015 sonata and was covered 100% under an extended warranty they offered. I had no service records and they still managed to push my claim through relatively fast. They kept me informed every step of the way while the replaced my. Engine. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
Everything was done when they said it would be with no problem...I love being pick up and dropped off and VANESSA IS THE BEST ❤️
Apparently my appointment was to make sure you had the part for my car. This was not told to me at time of conversation making the appointment. I was told to expect to be there 2 to 3 hours so I had my husband follow me so I wouldn't have to sit there. 45 miles. I'm not happy at all!
