I had a pretty awkward dent in the passenger rear door of my 2016 Lexus RX350 and wanted to make sure that it was fixed right. Steve at Plummers Automotive checked it out and gave me the price to fix it to be "like new" as the car is about to be 3 yrs old and I try to keep it in top shape. I also had a pretty serious "door ding" on the front drivers side that stuck out and looked terrible. When I picked up my car yesterday, I could not tell where the dent(s) had been, the car was clean inside and out and the bill was exactly what he quoted me. They told me the car would be ready Thursday or Friday and it was completed on Thursday. Could not be happier with the job and service that Steve and his people at Plummer Automotive provided. I highly recommend Plummers Automotive!

I had to have my front bumper replaced on my 2015 Buick Verano because, believe it or not, I hit a black cat early one morning in Kissimmee, which cat didn't use the crosswalk. My Buick dealer in Winter Haven asked Steve to come to the dealership to take a look-see after having my designated oil change service. Steve was so affable that one could not help but like him & trust his price quote. The work was beautifully done & my car delivered to me on the date promised. By the way, causing the untimely demise of that cat so unsettled me that I did not use use Oak St again for at least three months . Another reason I could never hunt game.

Repair of GMC Yukon. Great results, clean car returned, much cleaner than when I left it!
