They were amazing! Had a flat tire on our way to Orlando and 2 other places turned us away but Goodyear immediately replaced our tire even though they were closing soon! Highly recommend!

On Jan 28th I made an 8:00 am appointment for an oil change and "free" tire rotation. I arrived 5 minutes early and was asked if I wanted to wait or drop the car off. I said I'll wait it probably won't take too long. I was then told the wait time would be 2 1/2 hours. I replied I had an appointment for 8 o'clock. The lady behind the counter replied appointments don't mean anything. Despite recent knee replacement, I decided to walk back home.(1.37 miles) I get a call at 10:47 to let me know my car was done,but they didn't rotate the tires because they said the tires are bald,and quotes "it's against the law to rotate bald tires. What? Then, looking out for my best interest, they offered to sell me 4 new tires at a price that exceeded $800. Is that a scam or what? I politely said no thanks to buying the new tires. Lesson learned ... never again. If you're smart,avoid this place like the plague. I've included pictures of the "bald" tires.

Been at good year for many years now there prices are way overpriced, 400.00 for brake pads front of vehicle, got it done at gulleans in Haines City for 151.00 will never go to good year in Haines City, I have been a true customer for 20 years this not the only time they've over priced terrible over.
