Easy to schedule, took me on time. Had quite a few things done and was complete in a reasonable amount of time. Checking out the tech had me check my email and was able to save $60 with coupons.

I've been going to Pep Boys for all my vehicles' maintenance for the past 5 years. I switched to them when my son's (ex)girlfriend brought her car there by herself (I tell young women never to do this) for an oil change and they gave her solid advice about an oil leak she had ("the car is old and will cost too much to fix the leak which is small") instead of charging her big bucks and demanding that she fix it. To this day, they give realistic advice, and don't over-charge.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had from a tire place in my life. I made an appointment two hours in advance, and I was told to come in and wait an additional two hours for the tire patch to be done. The most rude front desk employee handed me my keys back at the end of the day and says “I’m not able to do it for you today and you can complain to whoever you like”. So yes, I will be taking this to corporate making my complaint and leaving my reviews so hopefully you guys don’t have to waste your time to.
