As always, excellent and courteous service. No pressure or upselling ever. I trust them to be honest with me and take excellent care of my car.
Staff is always friendly, always satisfied with work done on my car. Recommendations always good can be done one at of time instead of everything at once.
Overall pleasant experience. Car runs better but still has some periodic vibration in it which is what I brought in for. Just wished the transmission would have been diagnosed on the first visit. I probably would have just used the $5000 towards a new vehicle. Empire has a ???????? great staff.
