Had a great experience with Great Bear, they are always ready to help with whatever issues your vehicle might have. They are fair with their pricing and explain why they are charging what they do. Don’t hesitate to ask questions!

Everyone I've interacted with here has been polite, competent, knowledgeable, and honest. I brought my car in to diagnose an issue I had noticed in the rear wheel area. In addition to diagnosing the issue, they took the time to document their inspection with notes and pictures so I got a full understanding of my car's health. They showed me what needed work asap vs what would need work in a few months. So far their prices have been better than what the dealership auto shop has quoted me. I also find it much easier for me to get in/out with them compared to my local dealership. It's a smaller shop compared to the dealerships in the area, so occasionally they can get a little backed up (for example, right before the school year starts). But if that happens, it's well worth the wait. In my opinion, they get so busy because they're trusted in the community. The day my son was going to travel to Orlando we noticed two tires were going flat and his oil change was overdue. Luckily I found Great Bear nearby. They had his tires replaced and oil changed in time for him to make his trip. And at a reasonable price too.
