Was told a some local shops / automotive places can wipe a code for you or let you use their scan tool. I had some bad gas and a check engine light popped up. Went to a local tire shop to see if they could wipe a code. $199 bucks, ouch. That’s more than the BMW dealer charges for a full inspection. I went over to Walmart and got a scan tool for 20$ bucks. If anyone needs a good scan tool there you go.
