THEY HAVE GONE SO DOWN HILL NOW MY DAUGHTER WAITING TO GET APPROVAL TO GET HER PAINT FIXED BECAUSE SUPPOSED TO BE UNDER 7 YEAR WARRANTY AND 5HEY ARE JUST GIVING HER THE RUN AROUND. AND DONT GET ME STARTED ABOUT ALL THE FAULTY OIL CHANGES THEY DID WHEN THE PLUGS FELL OUT ON MANY CARS

Stay AWAY from this place!! I came here to have my car serviced. Just an oil change. Walked out with a bill over $600 and my car ruined. I couldn't bring it back same day bc they were closed and Thanksgiving was the next day. I came first thing Friday morning. My Thanksgiving vacation was ruined. Lost all my accommodations and lost my money, all they offered me was a lyft!!! I politely asked for a rental to which Bill Jamesthe service manager immediately declined. Zero consideration. I expressed the fact that i have a newborn at home with my kids and needed a car, to which he replied i should have stayed home! If they don't ruin my car I'm not in their useless service department! Also, I wasnt asking for his opinion. Same could be said about hondas terrible service, if your going to ruin someones vehicle, have rentals ready. On Tuesday March 30 I made an appointment at 4:15pm for a simple oil change. I arrived promptly and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. At the hour mark my car still was not on a lift. At an hour and a half my car was still not on a lift. At two hours my car went on a lift. I was there 2 hours 45 mins. I complained to speak to a manager and the service rep said he couldn’t find him. I said can’t you page him? I asked if they could simply fill my car with gas due to the incredible long wait for a scheduled appointment for an oil change. The service rep said I can’t do that because he Didn’t have a gas card. He said hold on and came back with a $20 bill and said “here” I guess I’m perplexed at the way they engaged me and why I wasn’t even followed up with by Bill the service manager whom I text later that evening. I would NOT recommend making an appointment or taking your car to a different “sister” location as this has been my experience the past two times I’ve gone in
