We had an ac evaporator issue that required an expensive part and hours of labor since the part was in the dashboard. My interactions with the owner were very pleasant, the ac is working great and the price was much better than other places I checked. We will be back.

I have no idea about the quality of the service on vehicles but the customer service was terrible terrible terrible. I got my car towed there on Tuesday for inspection, never received a call or text saying it was received from the towing company. I called/texted just about every day for 4 days. Every time someone would answer the phone they made it seem like I was a bother being that I wanted an update on the inspection. They kept saying "we'll know by tomorrow." Tomorrow didn't come until Friday (of course I had to call.) They finally gave me an estimate. For 4 days I was left in the dark about my car, the phone "disconnecting" before they answered, ignored text messages and dismissive responses and general bad attitudes. I called wanting to pay the inspection fee to get my car towed away and requested an adjusted amount for the inspection that took 4 days, which im confident would've gone longer had I not called and was informed quite rudely that they needed to be compensated for the

Twilight installed a Quaife limited slip differential in my Z4 coupe. Great work! Diff is dead quiet. Car drives perfectly. Will definitely come again. Twilight was the only shop that responded very quickly and even with a written estimate. And there were no “surprises”. A shop that you can trust. Highly recommend!
