Precision Auto & truck Glass

Made an appointment on December 3rd for a rear vehicle window replacement for December 5th. Was told on the phone while making the appointment that all glass would be vacuumed up as part of the service. Driver called at 10 am and said that he would arrive to my work in 1 hour. He then called again close to 11am and said that he has the wrong window and needs to go back to the shop on Main street in Dunedin to get the correct window. Driver/installer finally arrives at about 12:50 p.m. and when I bring him the keys I mention the vacuuming and he says that he will not be doing that. I mention how I was told that they would be doing that when the appointment was made, he then tells me that he doesn't have time because he has another appointment. I, in turn, mention how I had to wait almost 2 hours longer than the appointment time and that the next person can wait 5 extra minutes for him to clean up the glass debris in the back of the mini van and any he lets get on the ground of the e

Very great experience, I wanted to use my own oil and filter at take 5, but they don't allow it. So I went here 30$ with car wash and vacuuming. Luis is a really hard worker as well and a great person.

Very professional and on time. Only took 40 minutes. Will use them again definitely!
