I am a Home Health nurse and was on my way to see a patient today. My engine started shaking and the check engine light came in and as blinking. I needed to have my check engine light diagnosed and saw that Elite was 1 min from where I was at. I managed to get my car there, explained what was wrong to Ali and he immediately checked my car out. He informed me that I had a bad ignition coil and that he could have the part delivered within 15-20 minutes for a reasonable price. My car was diagnosed and repaired in under an hour. I was highly satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge of Ali and now I can finish seeing my patients! I will definitely be returning to have other maintenance work done as well as any emergency repairs. Thank you, Ali!

I’ve had two interactions with Elite Auto and both were positive. The first was a phone call to inquire whether my vehicle could be serviced. My call was received promptly and all my questions were answered. I was scheduled for a Friday and did not show until the subsequent Monday. Despite this, Ali still serviced my vehicle in a timely manner. My takeaway is that this business doesn’t settle for the standard. Their care is ABOVE & BEYOND. This is the mechanic fathers send their daughters to. By that I mean that the work here is good, honest, and timely. Thank Elite Auto!!
