This place is the best! The entire team from front desk to mechanics is top notch. I have been going to this location for several years now and have always received consistent, on time service, as well as reasonable pricing. They will give you detailed info about what going in with your vehicle and will work with you to make repairs accordingly. Side note: the guys who work here are all around great people who make even a stressful repair situation pleasant. Highly recommend this place!
I went in recently for a problem with my tire. They were new tires so I knew they didn’t need to be changed, only that there was probably a stuck nail. They took my information really fast and I dropped my keys off. It wasn’t urgent luckily because at the time they were backed up. I left my car overnight and called to pick it up in the morning. Overall a pretty smooth process and if I have any more problems I would go back.
I stopped into this Pep Boys because we had a tire issue and just happened to be up this way. They were prompt, courtious and saved us a bunch of money as apposed to if we had done it at the dealership. We live in Valrico, but I would go out of my way to use this Pep Boys again.
