I want to give a major shout out to Kwon and the mechanic Bronislaw who actually worked on my car. I took my BMW 328i to two different mobile mechanics and neither mechanic could figure out what was going on, I called European Autohaus and Kwon was basically able to diagnose the problems over the phone. I took the vehicle in and Bronislaw did a great job of fixing the car and finally getting me back on the road after months of not driving. You guys are amazing 5 STARS

Excellent service. I brought my A4 to be checked, as someone had hit my car in the Publix parking lot and I needed a quote for repair. They checked my car the day I called and determined that it’s just a paint job and no new parts are required and referred me to mechanics that would do that. The prompt, professional and courteous treatment prompted me to bring my Q7 to them for oil change and service. They did what they quoted initially and promptly. Made some suggestions for extras without pushing it on me and I am very satisfied with the service I received and will be back. I have been using the dealership for car services in the past, but feel in better ( and less overpriced) hands with the pros at European Autohaus. I've always taken my 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 to the dealership since shipping in from Europe. Unfortunately, my experience with the Volvo Dealer in Tampa was a VERY unsatisfactory one. My friend told me where he takes his Porsche and suggested I take my Volvo. I was able to tell David exactly what was going on with my car and let him know that I wanted 90K service. He was able to tell me everything that I needed. I also needed new tires and trusted David to do that for me as well. It was a hefty order to get me back on the road, but I would go back over the Tampa Volvo Dealer any day. They took me home while working on my car and came back to get me when it was complete. Kind, courteous, no-BS service is what I am happy to hhav in the future. Chef's kiss!
