Joe provides excellent customer service and follow-up. I got my oil changed and windshield hoses changed, no problems. The price is fair and the turnaround is efficient. I also had a diagnostic service completed for engine stalling, they drove the car for 4 miles and weren't able to replicate the issue so no recommendations on this end hence 4 stars. Joe made note to call him immediately if the issue persisted and answered all of my concerns.
