This company has major leadership problems. beginning with the fact that the person that should be setting the example for the team is far from setting an example He just blatantly lies and tells you all types of things for instance she's waiting for the insurance company to pay. or there was a mistake done to the vehicle and he needs some more time. My vehicle has been held up for 9 weeks can you imagine For a quarter panel.

Everyone here is so kind and friendly, they were very quick in getting my car repaired, and patient as I gathered all necessary documents from my insurance company. The work done was excellent! I highly recommend Gary's Auto Body West.
