So impressed with this shop! I went in with a warning light on in my dash. The team gave me a quote for a diagnostic. They ended up discovering the problem more quickly than expected and only charged me about 1/3 of the quoted amount. On top of that… they let me know that the ($500+) repair my car needed would be covered under a factory recall if I took it to the dealership instead of having the repairs done there (which I would never have known). I’m blown away by the honesty of the team at The Burg Auto! They’ve got a customer for life now. Highly recommend!

Had a dead battery in our Honda Odyssey. I called in the morning and asked for a quote to install, and told them I wouldn't be able to bring it in until 4PM. They assured me that was no problem. Got the van up there and they took care of it sooner than I expected. Very nice people clean shop and waiting area. Great price too! Will not hesitate to recommend to my friends and will return when I need help again. Thank you BURG!!!

Amazing experience! I can totally see why they are so highly rated. My wife was extremely comfortable when dropping our vehicle off for a diagnosis. Jeff greeted her quickly and was able to explain things to her and even arrange a ride home for her. We got answers quickly and I was extremely impressed with the involvement of the owner Shawn. We truly felt like VIPs here and will continue to bring our vehicles and refer our friends and family to them.
