I used to go here because the service was always fast and excellent. Now they appear to be under new management, which in itself is not bad. However, i needed a couple of tires so I went there. They insisted I needed 4 new tires (@180/ each) and an alignment. I did not need 4 new tires since 2 tires were only a few months old. I was told they did not have the tires in stock and would have them delivered that afternoon. They were going to call me when the tires were delivered. However, a week went by without a call, so I called another tire place and took my vehicle in and the tires were only 117 each and I only needed two. I also got an alignment. I am not sure why Ace tires were going to charge me so much or why they never called me but I would be hesitant to recommend them after this experience.

Beware, especially if you're a young woman coming in by yourself. First the guy behind a desk tell me that they don't have my tires in stock, then a man says something to him in Spanish. The man says "Oh he just told me we do have them in stock" and says it'll be 308. Then says "Oh I mean 408". I should have left at that moment but I couldn't keep putting off my tires that were very worn down. Another guy comes in and tells me I have about another month with my brake pads and that will be around 350. I realized later that I was taken advantage of which isn't unusual being a 20 something woman. Had a weird feeling the whole time as even as the brake pad guy kept making rude comments about customers after getting off phone calls. All while I hear a few customers, all male, saying it's worth the wait and price because they'd rather have it done right. I like to support local businesses but not this one. Get a quote first or just go to one of the other tire places. I'll be getting my brake

I had an amazing experience with this company. I want to take a moment to thank Facundo for all the times he demonstrated his willingness to make sure I was taken care of. His customer service is OUTSTANDING. Not only is he knowledgeable and very customer oriented. The service and the care I received there far surpassed my expectations. He and the staff helped me to understand the issues my car was having and explained the work required. Would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends. Thank you Facundo and all the staff for all you have done for me.
