This was a great service. Jonathan was awesome, very detailed and the paint came out perfect. Really appreciate his attention to customer service. He finished a job earlier and called me to see if he could come earlier which I also appreciated. Having TurboFinish come out to my home is very convenient. Dealership recommended a body shop to "clean up" four/five dings in the white SUV. They were going to keep the car for 10-12 days and charge over $1900. I then went on-line and read reviews from TurboFinish. They asked for photos of damage, make of SUV, etc. Then, offer to either "patch" or complete repair dings. Patching was $495 + tax and repair was $795 + tax. The kicker was that a tech would come to my house and complete the body work in less than one day. I chose the repair option. Jonathan came on time and did an excellent job. My wife and I checked in almost every hour and the transformation was excellent. I highly recommend TurboFinish! Not thrilled. Submitted pictures for a bumper scuff, no dent. Sand the plastic down, prep and paint. They were prompt with response. Easy job, but they turned it down with no explanation: The estimator looked at your pictures and unfortunately we're unable to help with your vehicle at this time.
