Went to this shop in St. Augustine with low air pressure in one tire. I expected a nail. They put air in each tire and wanted to send me on my way. I told them I needed to have the tire pulled and inspected. They came and told me I had a screw in the sidewall and tire was not repairable. Also all my tires were badly worn and asked when I had my last alignment. I knew the car only had 15000 miles on it and the tires were good. I asked to see the tire. Went into the shop. All tires looked great and the screw was in the bottom of tire in the tread, nowhere near the sidewall. The shop tech said it was a long screw in the tire on an angle and was hitting the sidewall on the inside. The screw had not been pulled out, so there was no way he could know that and the screw would need to be 6 inches long. I waited an hour while they fixed the tire. I have always had great service at this Goodyear shop. Shane and those guys do a great job.

Great customer service,very friendly and professional. They repaired my tire correctly and in a timely manner even though they were busy!????
