After being rear-ended, we took our car to Gerber. This is the very best shop we have ever worked with and we will recommend them highly. Duane’s customer service was exceptional. He was very kind and patient, explaining everything very thoroughly. He is an asset to this company. We are very grateful to Gerber for the excellent work and for treating us so well.
Disappointed in. customer service and lack of communication. No one picks up the phone and it goes to the national center and no call back. Car delivered two days later than anticipated. Poor communication . Front office said they were short staffed and overwhelmed. car was transported to Jacksonville to get work done. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
