I have no idea if they are good mechanics or not but as a U-Haul rental site they are terrible. Nothing was prepared like it was supposed to be and their attitude was terrible . I would never consider renting from them again, letting them touch my car, or renting from U-Haul for that matter. That's how bad they were.

My experience was excellent, completely incomparable from start to finish. After having an awful diagnostic and repair experience at Audi Orange Park, leaving me without a car for weeks with hardly any progress, Mr. Jim and the crew were able to take my car in immediately. I was treated fairly and respectfully; they were so honest and trustworthy and the job was completed in about 24 hours. It was the most painless and wonderful repair experience for someone very inexperienced with mechanical issues. Top tier place that does not price gouge its customers.
