Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had an appointment for 8:30 AM to have my brakes fixed. There was only one other car in the parking lot. The place was empty. They took my can to do the inspection. Approx 45 minutes later can back with an estimate of nearly $1,250. When I asked for a breakdown of the work to be done it included new rotors. I asked if they could be turned and was told that their machine was down. I asked if another store location could turn the rotors, and the guy at the front desk responded, I don't know you would have to call. So, i did call the next closest Firestone (Pembroke Pines). A very professional young lady, Charlotte answered. I advised her the make, model and year of my car. I also told her where I was calling from and read her the results of the inspection. She took a minute and quoted me a price that was half of what the SW Ranches location had quoted. took my car in to get a alignment, the car needed very major alignment work, no other shop wanted to work on it, but luckily enough firestone helped me out a lot i definitely will be recommending this place to many people. Went here a few times to have oil changes done. When I went to a different mechanic to get my oil done they said it looked like my oil hadn't been changed in a very long time. My wife has had issues with this place especially when they completely dismiss what she says is wrong with her car. Not wasting anymore money with Firestone
