Honest and helpful. Highly recommend. Even when my best route was to take my car to the dealership for a warranty issue, they were super informative and set me at ease with what to expect.

I have been to 3 other tire repair shops in the area and have made numerous calls to see if they could get a tire patched. All the other places said they can’t get to it for days or asked if I could leave it over night. I can’t leave my car it essential for my work. So a friend/coworker told me about Welker. I called and they got me right in on my lunch break. The owner Rick and Albert, his service consultant, were the kindest people. I will definitely be back and recommend them to anybody needing auto repair work.

It is so difficult to find an automotive shop that you can trust. I've found one. Welker Automotive is that shop. I have never encountered an entire shop that shows respect, is knowledgeable, and considerate. I spoke with a young man this morning and told him how respectful everybody is at the shop. His response was that it starts at the top. Mr. Welker and Mr. Albert deserve a separate shout out. This is a quality operation. If you need automotive services, Welker is the place to be.
