I want to take a moment to give a much needed and earned shout out to Keith and Chuck. Also Riley altho ive been told he has moved on. These guys are absolutley amazing. Treat you like family. Better yet my own Father would be proud of how well they take care of me and my vehicle. They put my safety and my pocket first. They go above and beyond to ensure the happiness and safety of every customer. They even let me know when its time to rotate. I recently moved to Lakeland and the love and vibes just arent the same. For me its worth the 2hr drive, because its like taking my baby to my own brothers and Uncles. They truly are the absolute best. Thamk you guys so much for everything you do!!!

Got a brand new set of tires shipped to this place for installation. I chose this place as it was highly rated even though it was not the closest shop to me (about a 30 min drive). 2 days after an installation my tire alert comes on and one of my tire stems is busted. That’s okay mistakes happen, I bring it back up there and the replace it without charge. 2 days pass and my alert comes on again, this time a little more aggravated I bring it back up there. Chuck suggests we do all 4 this time, and says his new hire has been messing these up quite often and if it happens again he is going to fire him(which doesn’t do anything for me). Upon expecting the car after this 3rd time 3 of the stems feel solid and one felt loose almost but wasn’t leaking air. I’m no mechanic so I didn’t think anything of it however a week or two later that loose stem is now busted meaning I had to bring the car back there for 4th time. Chuck has been awesome customer service wise but that doesn’t negate the amou
