Excellent service from dropping off our car, getting the rental, and also the speedy turn around. (A week earlier than they had estimated). When we picked up our car, and dropped off the rental, we again had wonderful customer service, and the work that was done on our car was flawless. Very nice staff, and most importantly very skilled. If you are thinking of taking your car here DO NOT! I have 5 month old tires. I. Change the oil and oil filter before I dropped my car off. My car had no problems. My car got side swiped . It was just scratch up nothing serious. When I got my car back there were wires hanging out from under the steering wheel. My car said I need to change my oil filter and ALL of my tires were low pressure. Till this day before I go to work I have to fill up my tires with air. The right side of my tire was constantly running out of air . So I decided to change it out with my spare m ,Thats when I realized THESE LOSERS STOLE MY SPARE TIRE .I called them numerous of times no response. I showed up today they did give me a spare but not my spare tire.they gave me a used up spare to the point where the tire is practically SMOOTH.I give up on this place I gave them a chance to do the right thing so now I will be contacting my insurance company. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR ! Also watch them not re
We had someone back into our beloved 2014 Sequoia on January 20. I was concerned about how long it would take and how the paint on the new door would match with the rest of the vehicle. Seminole Toyota kept us updated through each step and had the vehicle ready for pickup by February 10. I was shocked when we got there and looked at it. The paint was perfectly matched and the car had been cleaned and looked immaculate. Anthony did a great job and, while hopefully we don’t have to use their services again, I know our vehicle would be in good hands if we had to! I highly recommend them!
