I was amazed at how well Mercedes North Orlando ran their service dept. I have never had the superior level of communications and care from any other dept in my 55 years of vehicle ownership. Although it’s not the closest dealer to me I will use them whenever I need service in the future. Dave and his mechanics worked like they were owners of the company not just employees. If anyone needs sprinter service, this is the place to go to. I’m happy and you will be to with Mercedes North Orlando
I've always had such a wonderful experience when I take my GLC300 for service. The attendants are very courteous and knowledgeable when answering my questions. I always wait for my car instead of dropping it off, and I don't mind the wait time due to the accommodating staff and lounge. I always recommend the North Orlando dealership! Thank you for making my service experience a pleasant one whenever I go there. Keep up the excellence!
The Service team was very professional, on time and exceeded my Expectations. Dave my Advisor kept me in the loop while I waited for my Sprinter van to be serviced.
