I have been taking my vehicles there for over 25 years. It's a family owned business and I personally like the genuine small town hospitality feeling I get from all the wonderful people that work there.
I'm from out-of-state and my car needed the AC/heater blower replaced. My friend who lives here recommended McRoberts. I was happy with the service I received. The service rep was knowledgeable and polite. The repair was completed in a timely manner, at what I felt was a fair price. I also asked them to fix a couple of minor issues, which they did free of charge. If I ever need repairs to my auto again while in Sanford, I will definitely go to McRoberts.
Unfortunately they will not just do Mechanic work aka Labor work on your vehicle, even if you have your own brand new parts. They MUST purchase them for you. They were great in the past because they installed a suspension system that I purchased myself no questions asked but I guess they have a new ideology on mechanic work. Sad.
