Techs here are crooks. When you go in for the alignment warranty, they purposely sabotage your car. In my case, the tech messed with the wheel bearing adjustment and when he was putting the cover back on, he made a small hole on the wheel bearing cover, so dirt would have contaminated the grease and ruined the bearing. Thankfully I caught the bearing cover’s hole the same week, I just had to replace the bearing cover, adjust the wheel bearing and the car was ready for its alignment. The expensive quote from Firestone was to replace our car’s fully working oem parts for low quality parts, when no part replacement was needed. So even if they didn’t mess with my wheel bearing, the expensive “fix” they quoted, was not appropriate or it is a scam whereby they just adjust the wheel bearing and replace no parts.

Ive been coming to this station for ten years for my oil changes, tires and auto care. Always great service and i feel very competitive prices. Never "talked into" what i dont really need.

They were kind and not very expensive. I love the sitting area and they even have an area for kids to sit.
