went to get my engine fixed after having so issues with it shutting off. they told me it was a quick fix but needed a lot of labor and expensive parts. so i paid the 650 for it upfront and lo and behold the issue was still there. told them that I want it fixed since that's what I paid for. brought the car back and left it there for a several days only to find out the only thing they did was give it a 30 sec test drive, tell me I was wrong and the engine had no issues. and moved it to a parking lot for 7 DAYS sitting with no work done to it.
