Duane's Dealer Alternative

I recently moved to Safety Harbor and needed a local trustworthy mechanic. Previous owner of my home recommended Duane’s Dealer Alternative. Even though they advertise as experts for Toyota, I took my 2018 Ford Explorer for service. They took care of some fluid changes and my Explorer is running much better now. I will continue to use them for service for both my Explorer and Expedition. Susan was very courteous and helpful. Duane’s team is very professional and does great work. Duane’s is amazing throughout the entire process. The estimate was quick and efficient. The office walked me through the work that was suggested. When I called later in the afternoon to schedule the appointment for the work, they got me in at my convenience. Once the work was complete, Susan was asked me through each of the repairs and actually grabbed parts from the garage to demonstrate what was done. You’ve got a customer for life! Duane’s Dealer Alternative became our alternative to the local dealership that we used exclusively for our two vehicles for years. The staff at Duane’s is professional and attentive, with service provided quickly without the long wait time of dealerships. Our repair costs have been fair, with follow up contact from Duane’s to assure we were having no issues with the work. I must add, the shop and office are amazingly clean and organized!
