They were really nice to deal with but I didn't see the keys until after I signed all the paperwork then they gave me the key fob and the buttons were all missing.i asked about it and they said sorry the deal was done. Now the oil message is on so I go to change the oil and the drain plug is eather cross threaded or they used an impact wrench on it plus the bolt is so stripped that I can't get it out so I'm waiting to see if they are going to do anything to help me out. Update to come later.
Waited 3 days and still, after speaking someone that said they'd have a technician call me back, has not done so. Not professional or a good way too conduct business.
My service appointment at Lexus was seamless. My service tech was professional and courteous and is a valuable source of information on my car. A true pleasure.
