Always do a great job on my car when I need it. Most reliable, honest, up front with no sugar coat when it comes to having work done. My experience always been great. I do not have to worry about anything when my car is there. Recommend u guys take your BMW to them. Great quality work.

My daughter and I were starting an 11- hour drive home Labor Day weekend when our vehicle malfunctioned. I selected Milestone Motors because of their recognized expertise in the market. I felt reassured and confident in my selection after my intial contact with Milestone Motors -- Jonathan was poised, professional, and immediately invested in getting my car repaired (quickly). Regrettably, the repair required a part that was not in-house. Jonathan and his brother Fernando worked fervently to secure the part on the holiday weekend and even provided complimentary Lyft service to a nearby destination while my car was being serviced. The two gentlemen worked outside normal business hours to install the part in my car so my daughter and I could resume our drive home to the people and the many commitments that awaited our return.
