Bob was so great to work with at Bill Tysons, he was very quick to communicate what my car needed and even quicker to fix it. I will definitely be using him for my future car needs and highly recommend!
I knew we were in need of a number of issues that would eventually have to be dealt with. In fact, I had already assembled my own detailed list of items, estimations, etc. I would say that they hit 75 percent of my list. Yes, it was expensive. It is a pristine Lexus IS 250 with 101K miles. But it is 16+ years old. It is indistinguishable from how it drove when new. Lots of small details were taken into account which this former IT Director/CIO appreciates. Details still count.
Truly pain-free auto service. From the initial phone call, to the free tow pick up of the vehicle, to estimate and repair, to drop off, I did not have to worry about anything. They were recommended by a family member as a shop who was good and fair and would not try to cheat me. That recommendation held true. I will definitely use them in the future.
