Firestone Complete Auto Care

It was ok I went to changed my oil ended up having to get a brand new battery. It went from 45.00 to paying $269.00 and had I wouldn't had stop them they would had added on to the list without my permission. I asked if they had a cheaper battery he said that was the only battery he had for my type of car. But I was over all happy . Despite the price . The mechanic was fantastic. It was the sales man I was to happy with because of the price lol ???? great team tho

Honestly, these guys always do a great job keeping my 2016 vehicle safe and road-worthy, and giving me a heads up when I’m coming due on something. They always explain what’s necessary and what’s simply recommended. They never push anything on me but are always willing to answer my questions, and I love that. When I ran into $2400+ in repairs needed pretty much all in the same window, they offered me the Firestone card which had a 6 months no interest promotional plan to make it more manageable—and they didn’t know it but we were in the midst of picking up two puppies and going through the sudden hospice period and loss of my mom, so all their kindness and communication meant so much to us. The one downside is you can never plan to just get in and out even with just an oil change, and they don’t offer a drop off & pick up service of any kind, which is just tricky when you’re a working couple and only have one vehicle, but we always manage that okay. We plan for a first-thing-in-the-AM

I just want to make the community aware that this particular Firestone is the full view definition of corrupt mechanics. I went to appointment for a "free tire inspection" & there were 2 near window view car lifts available, I just asked to simply be able to see the inspection to be done at an area I could see; being that they were both available. The mechanics smile & simply took my vehicle to the furthest back corner out of view & then opened cabinets to block the view even more. Then their estimate for a front end brake job was almost $700 before taxes after almost 3 hours; & completely left out the melting of the front struts.There are 2 other brake services that offer the same job at almost half the price & with better quality brake pads & better quality of service; one of them being Mavis tires and auto. Just sharing awareness for this legal scam of a company called "Firestone Complete Auto Care"; you should really be ashamed of your mechanics blatant corruption. I will never go
