I cannot review on their service because I cannot get in contact with a person at this auto repair shop to make an appointment. I have called 4 times on 3 separate days. I called on a Wednesday, twice on a Friday, and once on a Monday. No one has answered any time I have called. I even left a voicemail with my phone number so they could call me back. I also submitted an online request form on a Wednesday for an appointment. It is now a Monday and I have received no contact from this shop. Extremely difficult to get in contact with this auto repair shop.

Ritchie has been our mechanic since we arrived in Florida a year ago. He has done numerous repairs on our two vehicles and always made sure our vehicles were safe for the road. He is always upfront with what the car needed for repairs and pricing. We trust his expertise, very knowledgeable. We recommend him highly Patty and Doug Franks.
