Professional and polite. Was happy to have my vehicle repaired here. Took awhile for parts to arrive but that’s been normal since Covid. Loved the shop and the estimator. Friendly receptionist. They washed my car after they fixed it which I appreciated. Would recommend.
I was backed into at Walmart while I was in the store, my poor jeep needed a lot of help. I’ve never had to deal with body work or anything like this before so I was nervous. I took my jeep in and it was done in 2 days!! Looks even better than before. John was fantastic and super professional! Will always recommend caliber collision from now on.
I had a very unexpected accident, and the staff made the entire process easy, coordinating my car rental with my insurance company, and they kept me informed throughout the process.
