Long time customer but never again. Got an oil change and all fluids topped. The next day I noticed they didn’t fill the fluids several were low. I went back and they didn’t care.
Stopped in today to have a screw removed from a tire. It turns out it was just a short screw wedged perfectly between the treads. They had the opportunity to make some easy money, but chose honesty instead. If that wasn't enough, they didn't charge me anything. This is how you build customer loyalty. I will definitely return, and will let everyone know about the great service I received there today.
Had tire blowout on 75, arrived on donut. Mike was great and super friendly! They had my tire and battery instock. Was in and out in 30 mins! Excellent service! Highly recommend!
