JSN Auto Repair - Port Charlotte

So I took my car in for diagnostic. Told I need $4000 worth of work. Was charged $85 for this. Then brought tires I bought to them for change and balance. Dropped off at 7:30 am with promise of being done by end of day. What they didn’t say was THEIR end of day which was 6 not 5 like presumed. Then I open my hood the next day to find duct tape around my windshield washer hose with no mention of that. Also, my daughter had the same thing done with tires the week before and was charged $60 more than me on a less complicated tire (no tire sensors). I. Called to inquire about it and was told they don’t even have duct tape ????Won’t return. Going to inquire about refund for my daughter for difference…very frustrating and time consuming. The team at JSN are great! They replaced my radiator fan in record time for my appointment in Tampa the following day. Later on they replaced my cracked fuel pump and lines when I had gas smells. They are courteous, explain your vehicle's health in detail, and gave me a ride home when I couldn't find my own! Most of all I feel the difference in driving my van and JSN makes me and my disabled daughter feel safe on the road! That's important! Service: Engine repair

Best experience ever! Truck was fine when I picked it up, a few weeks later truck was getting hot. I called and they asked me to drop it off, they replaced a part that they had put on during the first visit that was defective and wouldn’t let me pay them for additional labor.
