Firestone Complete Auto Care

Techs are horrible, parts are low quality overall they just put Legos together and hope they last longer than the warranty. Place is a joke

Charlotte was very straightforward and professional. I had an appointment for 8:30 AM to have my brakes fixed (SW Ranches location). There was only one other car in the parking lot. The place was empty. They took my can to do the inspection. Approx 45 minutes later can back with an estimate of nearly $1,250. When I asked for a breakdown of the work to be done it included new rotors. I asked if they could be turned and was told that their machine was down. I asked if another store location could turn the rotors, and the guy at the front desk responded, I don't know you would have to call. So, i did call the next closest Firestone (Pembroke Pines). A very professional young lady, Charlotte answered. I advised her the make, model and year of my car. I also told her where I was calling from and read her the results of the inspection. This place is horrible their employee backed up into my car and they are trying to give me a run around instead of resolving the issue. I came to get my car service not backed into by an employee who was high and went into hiding after running into my car. They are clearly not trust worthy and hire anyone
