Very slow unload, one man very rude for no reason

I been buying tires here for many years and I haven’t met the most rude person working here till the last time I went to pay for tires at the window at Miami location off the exit of 57ave by the name of Nena I believe that’s her name or that’s what they call her. I work in the business of customer service, which I always make sure I’m at my best. The cashier lady with blonde hair treated me really disrespectful. I asked a question and she gave me a smart answer and sent me to ask the guy that was bringing up the tires like if she didn’t even work there. I asked before paying what year was the tire I was buying and also who do I give the paid receipt to and she said talk to him with no way of answering my simple question which she knows the answer to. Then made a joke about me getting wet in the rain as I was leaving her being funny. Knowing I was going to get wet if I went outside. People like this should not have a job where they interact with customers. Horrible experience

OTR Drivers; If you are delivering to this location be aware that you will be sitting here for 4+ hours. Therefore after you bump the dock disconnect from your trailer and move out of the way as space is limited. Trip plan to get here the night before so you have a fresh clock to leave.
