Joe our mechanic and the service help were great. He was very informative about our truck. The manager stayed open for us to be the last customer. Great and quick experience. They price was better than what we had been paying saved us 30%

Called on Monday night to see if they could get me in, told me no, they only had 1 technician in, made me an appointment for 8 am Thursday. I get there Thursday early as suggested and guess what no appointment. Went to Oil Masters much faster no wait, no appointment.

TLDR: Avoid Palmetto, go to Cortez. The only reason this review gets two stars instead of one is for the mvp, Cheryl, the practical staff member. Kenneth was a simpleton and had me drive into the bay with sandals on. Victoria was lazy, unwilling to problem solve, and generally unpleasant. The employee whose name I didn’t catch but with the title “coach” on his tag, was disrespectful. It’s Walmart so I’m not surprised however, what was unexpected was the grace from the second Walmart on Cortez I took my vehicle to after this mess. The staff was quite collected, cheerful, and had my car finished under the estimated timeframe they gave me.
